I was given the book for Christmas and have finished it already. An amazing story and a great read. Of course there is only one Top Hat good enough to sail around the world, a Mk 1 with an inboard diesel!

Bear, if you didn't have your fireplace stoked up Christmas eve, then I am sure santa would have been able to get down the chimney and leave you one.
To everyone, all the best of the season.

Hi Guys ,
I just received my copy of " Two in a Top Hat " this afternoon in the mail , personally signed by Jan and Ian Mitchell . It will become a treasured piece of my literature collection , just like my copy of Lance Armstrongs " Not about the Bike " autobiography - sure wasn't , when it came to his Tour De France accomplishments ( lol ) . Seriously though , awesome read thus far , as I am up to page 100 .

Hi Dave & Rosie ,
This day being the 31st of December , let's here it for the women in our lives that make our accomplishments a reality , my beautiful wife Natasha is just the greatest lover , supporter of my ambitions , and able to see past my shortcomings and generally enables me to function properly on a daily basis ( lol ) , and i would not enjoy life without her by my side ...
As for Jan Mitchell , in what she helped accomplish with her husband Ian , can be seen as an epitome of what a loving relationship can achieve , sailing around the World together , facing adversity would have made their bond to one another eternal ...
So we may suffer from dog eared pages in life sometimes from our better halves Dave , though I wouldn't have it any other way !!!
By the way : Awesome Book , Awesome Sailboat , From A Truely Wonderful , And Inspiring Australian / NZ Couple . Thanking Jan and Ian Mitchell for sharing their journey , and writing their memoir ....
