My trip to Port Hacking

I feel that I shouldnt be posting in the Top Hat Video or Top Hat Voyages section, so General Discussion it is....

As you may be aware my Top Hat is not seaworthy... So I had to sail my other boat (PR25) when I needed a few days escape. I sailed from Botany Bay to Port Hacking and I cant recommend Southwest Arm enough, its a fantastic destination with heaps to do to keep you occupied. I had the mooring area all to myself for the three nights I was there :D

It was my first time offshore single handed and to be honest the PR25 actually suprised me - very comfortable offshore and is balanced enough to sail itself (rope tied to the tiller) up to about a broad reach.

You can see some photos showing the whole trip from about halfway through the vid.

Well worth the trip for those interested!

Enjoy the video (wont work on mobile devices though)!

Nice to see some blue water. All I have seen lately is the muddy river Windchaser is moored in. I am sure it would have been balm for ya soul, Jeremy, getting out there for that trip.
