Good Morning All

Had a text from Shaun on NIGHT CAP at 8.30am this morning, he was abeam Diamond Head :D and under outboard motor, mind you he is wearing, at my suggestion , ear muffs  and is very glad of them.

Shaun did not say what the sea conditions are and as he is motoring there must be little wind, in fact it is dead still here at my place inland from where he is at the moment. But Shaun is real worried that no one has yet volunteered to be his cold beer delievery skipper. Are there any volunteers out there :?:

For those going to the Regatta, Shaun has 12 Burgees with him, so those who have not got one, should see Shaun please, cost $35.00.

Hope you all have a good time while I do an on-line exam this weekend :geek: .

Hi All,

Hopefully we will get to meet you guys this time and not just wave as we sail past. The crew of Storm Petrel (all MALE we think?) are primed up, have dusted off the Tophat burgee and are looking forward to tomorrow. I hope there will be some morning wind so we can get there before the 1.30pm start. See you there.........

Cheers,
Mark, Jacko and Jake

Hi All,

We had a very enjoyable weekend. Congrats to all involved and many thanks to the HRYC. Storm Petrel was back on her mooring in Pretty Beach at 11.30am Sunday, in plenty of time for Jacko to pack for his Monday departure to the USA. I have attached a couple of pictures of eth race and the yacht club.

Cheers,
Mark, Jacko and Jake
