Going from inboard to outboard?

boat next to mine has a bad vibration since he changed the engine mounts the one 2 over has a squealing dripless gland he's worried about. Another bloke 6 boats up just replaced a blocked riser that was full of carbon and now he's asking me about his V belt tension. Oh and me, I've been out sailing every day, 3 years and I haven't even changed the plugs on the Yammie yet just done the gearbox oil once. As for Syd 2 Hobart, didn't think they were allowed to motor-sail.

HI Rob, sorry to hear you are missing out on so much boating fun : ). All you can do is go out sailing where those other folk are able to do so much more, such as try and solve amazing puzzles, like, where is all the black smoke coming from? or, what is that funny vibration? or, what's the name of that bloke that fixes motors on the weekend?

cheers

Louis
