Ahh, so that's how they did it. I have to say I have found it interesting learning a little more of Tophat history. I didn't even know that the moulds still existed.

I notice at the end of the page that Bear gave the link to that there is a handy gadget that goes on the drive shaft to cut line and rope trying to tangle the prop. Never seen one of those before. Might be useful in my river as there seems to be lots of fishing line floating about. In less than a year of being moored there, I have collected two lures snagged on my mooring rope (bonus as at about $10+ from the shops and in good condition) plus regularly I remove metres of fishing line. No line around my prop though so maybe not the problem I imagine.
