Phillip, I know you're there!
Re Porta Potties, if you stick to salt pork and beans and hard tack biscuits you should be able to make it last a bit longer. I suppose you've been having pizzas and madras curries every night.
Speaking of that, what has the quisine been like on board "Seaka"?

Food on board.

To make you all salivate.

The best food is when Sonia "Curly Tops" and I get together.

Over Christmas was by far the best to date when down in Port Hacking.

Christmas Day night dinner, bbq garlic prawns and the rest of the feast.
Pate, nibbles, steaks, dips, fabulous food and copious quantities of bubbly and other forms of liquid sustinance.

And of course Dave from "Peppercorn" made us a chocolate fondue!!!!!
A man who can make 2 ladies chocolate fondue on board certainly got our admiration.

OK Bear and Greg, so what have I been eating?

When I have ice it lasts for three days. That means fresh milk and meat for three days, meat of choice has been kangaroo. Vegetables are usually spuds carrots and cabbage [all steamed] and or peas [dried]. Sweets is usually preserved apricots. After which I usually have a coffee if there is milk and a Tim Tam.

Breakfast is corn flakes and raisins with a cup of coffee [milk is long life 200ml size]. Lunch can be anything to hand but is usually a small can of tuna on Arnotts Salada biscuits plus a bit of fruit; apple or an orange.

Plenty of cups of green tea are had all day with the odd milk biscuit. There are plenty of snacks like lollies, dried fruit and nuts etc.

We have bread when in port or a shop is accessible. I can go a good week without bread at times. We won't talk about my bread making efforts. I have margarine on board, it last for 6 months without refrigeration. [Should be called preservative coloring]

Highlights, the Mud Crab I had last night, given to me by the yacht TRAX. Fish & chips at Coffs.

Bear, egg and cheese jaffles figure for lunch when I have bread.

WHAT IS BANNED, SPAM AND CORNED BEEF. I HAD THIS ONCE AND I COULD SMELL IT ON ME FOR A WEEK!

All cooked on a metho stove of course.
