Hi Brian

Here's a summary of the distances for day hopping the NSW coast. The notes are extracted from a Cruising Helmsmen arcticle in 2006 and while not comprehensive they are a usefull starting point.

Cheers

HI Brian/all -

Yes the original owner was a fellow called Lane who was a swimmer in the 1956 Melbourne Olympics.

He lives in Illawong in Sydney. We met him on Sydney Harbour last Christmas when he rowed up to Top Knot and explained his prior ownership. He bought a Top Hat 32 about 5 years ago (I accept the 32 is not a REAL tophat!) so that after decades he could finally convince his wife to join him aboard.

It's a great boat Brian so you'll have no problems on the way up the coast. Glad you've found the receipts and info useful.I took my new boat over to the boat yard on Sunday and saw Top Knot proudly at her mooring out the front ready for her sail north.

Hope you're all well.

Brendan.
