What size outboard?

Yam 8hp long in the well, 5kts constant. better than 1nm per lt, dunno what it weighs but I have a harness on it and can lift it from the well with one hand. Only thing is the charger isn't an alternator and only trickles. I'm thinking of the Suzi 8hp long next it has a good charger and is only $2.5k or there abouts, but I don't think this yam will die for a while yet.
