Top Hat wanted and an ABC show

I am looking for a Top Hat in Qld. I am not looking for a project boat or anything of a similar standard. If anyone is thinking of selling, please send a message.

And...
I vaguely remember an ABC tv show on fitting out a Top Hat in the mid-80’s. Is it just my old memory or did such a show exist?
