Photo size for forum: 800 pxl wide or 1024?

Postby Troppo » Tue Sep 01, 2015 1:15 pm

I have it on very good authority that photos up to 1024 pixels wide can be uploaded onto the forum. However, whenever I try one that big, I get this error message:

The image must be at least 0 pixels wide, 0 pixels high and at most 800 pixels wide and 600 pixels high. The submitted image is 1000 pixels wide and 563 pixels high.

Am I doing something wrong?

I noticed that also, we were due for an update of the system so that maybe where its coming from.''

Shaun should be able to confirm this when he sees this post.

Tully River in far north Queensland, where a local told me he would only fish in the river in a 5+ metre boat as he didn't want to be in something smaller than the crocs.
