Mooring available Marmong Point

Hi Lake Hatters,
Is anyone by chance next in the queue on the waiting list for a mooring at Marmong Point?,
I've just bought a bought that was on a mooring there, owner no longer wants the mooring, if you happen to be next in line it's a fantastic spot, otherwise you could lift it and take it where you like,
