How do I get my own Top Hat Album under the Members Top Hats album in the Gallery

PM Myself or leave a post here and I will create the album.
If you wish to upload your images to the members Top Hats album with the Labelling of Top Hats name I will create the gallery and move them in for you, once created you can continue to upload more images and you take them
