Well I've been quiet lately, and a little busy.
The boat has been antifouled and ready for another season. Its been packed up and we're off to Tassie on Thursday.
No itinerary, we're just cruising. Looks like the best option is to go from Melbourne to Devonport in one go.
I don't have any computers and coms on board apart from a phone so I'll catch up when I get back.

Yes, we're just going to tour Tassie by car. something my wife and I have longed to do for quite a while.
A caller on Maccas Australia all over said that Tassie is so small that if you drive into it you have to back out. Don't know if that is right??
Ive been told that one needs to allow a week to 10 days to see each region.

I'd also like to thank Phillip for his time and experience he has put in to the RFS in the recent fires. I don't think he'll be able to take a holiday for a long time.
