Good idea Shaun. I'm up for Pt Stephens but unfortunately summer is taken up with racing on Saturdays until mid April.
A cruise to Lake Macquarie would be good, oh, I forgot I'm already here! Seriously, getting from Sydney to the lake is a bit hard for some and it may be better to host a top hatters meeting here, or Pt. Stephens. What do others think?

What dates are there school holidays around spring time?

Likely a good mix of W, SW - SE & NE winds around that time to keep skippers from up or down the coast with options at that time of year....
I'm thinking sept-nov?

School Holidays are 24th Sept to the 9th October. Probably not too much boat action around these holidays so it might be a good time to organise a get together.

Cheers,

I have never sailed Sealady that far north so would love to come.

I do have some committments on some weekends that are not moveable so it depends on what weekend we choose.

Hi,
Wow where did that 4 months go....

Having seen how much fun Phil is having, Im now hoping to sail Nth(at the start of sept), & meet him somewhere then sail back in convoy with Seaka, to the Camden Haven, Wx & schedules permitting.

I can only get a few spare weeks at the start of Sept.

If anyone else is still keen for a meet up on Pt Stephans or similar, post up when your hoping to be there, you never know someone else may be able to make it(Phil?, would only be short easy hop of a sail for you now :D )

cheers

I would love to take part in events like this. Just not experienced enough yet. We are gearing up to be on the harbour for New Year's eve this December.
